Memberships work on a monthly timeline, especially for premium plans (Aficionado and Connoisseur). This means that payments follow a monthly cycle, and while you can sign-up, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time, the deadlines for each such action follow specific deadlines:
On the 4th of every month
New Aficionado and Connoisseur sign-ups are inducted on the 4th of every month, including you. This means that regardless of which date you sign up, your membership will activate on the next 4th.
However, you will start getting the free weekly newsletter immediately.
On the 5th of every month:
Suppose you want to make changes to your membership (cancel. upgrade) or make changes to your monthly vinyl delivery (like exchange the monthly album for another one from the Perfectly Deep webshop). In that case, the deadline to do so is the 5th of every month.
On the 6th of every month:
All payments are processed, including yours.
On the 15th of every month:
All vinyl packages are shipped to members, including you. It will take a few days to arrive, and you will be notified about the tracking number.
On the 25th of every month:
Next month’s vinyl package titles are announced in the Dashboard under ‘Monthly Vinyl Packs’. From this day, you can choose to exchange the title(s) with other records from the Perfectly Deep webshop until the deadline (see above).
